Team and individuals Photo Day

Order Forms

.Complete the form and have the correct change before your child has their photos taken.
.The photographer must have a form completed before the photos are taken.
.The form contains a money envelope and has a variety of packages and prices to choose from.

Photo day

.Have your child show up at the time and location agreed on.
.We will start with the individuals first. Every child will have a least two shots taken so we can capture the best expression.
.The team shot will be taken after the individuals are completed. We usually take three or four shots of the group.  We will choose the best shot for your team photo.

Ensure a smooth photo day by:

.Be at least 15 minutes early for your shoot.
.Order forms completely filled out
.Orders are prepaid with exact and change or checks

Delivery

.Team photos are normally ready within 10-12 day after photo shoot.***
.We will call the contact person for your team to verify the completion of your order.
.The photos will be delivered to the event coordinator for distribution to the team coaches.


***If payment is made by check there is a $30.00 fee on all returned checks.
    If you pay by check there is an additional waiting period of three days for the delivery of photos.
